North Maroochy Golf Club

A thing of simple beauty, Sunshine Coast’s newest golf course

Head hunted by the development team, Anembo collaborated with the course designers Graham Marsh and Associates to create the landscape setting for the tees, fairways and greens. Drawing inspiration from the adjacent natural environment, it would be hard to find a golf course more in harmony with its setting.

Bounded by Maroochy River wetlands, cane farms and main roads this flat open site presented many challenges. Managing a fast tracked concept and approvals program in parallel with the course construction required the wearing many hats to ensure the project was delivered on time and to budget.

Since its opening it has become the go to for many corporate events and recently becoming the new home of the UDIA Sunshine Coast Golf Day, a peak development industry event sponsored by Anembo for over 25years!

Paronella Park Arboretum

Master planning Paronella Park’ Arboretum

Working closely with owners Mark and Judy Evans, local tourism icons the future of Paronella park tourist experience has been created.

The project is set within expansive gardens and an emerging arboretum that features iconic cyclone-resilient native trees. The design is a fusion of the Paronella strong axial themes and modern sustainable farming practices, such as contour planting.
