Tim Hindley
Managing Director | Principal Landscape ArchitectTim is Registered Landscape Architect #713, Environmental Scientist and Consulting Arborist with experience in the delivery of landscapes and ecological design to private and public land developments across Queensland and NSW. Tim has collaborated on many award winning projects bringing a strong commitment to aesthetic functionality and environmental sustainability through the design process.
A Fellow of the UDIA, Past Treasurer and Vice President of QAILA and inaugural Chair of the AILA Sunshine Coast Chapter, Tim is committed the profession and community. Tim brings a deep knowledge of construction detail plus extensive industry experience and dry humour to all development and design project teams that he is involved with.
Clint Keizer
Associate Director | Architect & Landscape DesignerAs an experienced Project Lead, Clint has been involved in a range of major projects in Asia and across Australia.
Clint takes a creative and systematic approach to design, utilising a solid foundation of science and practical problem solving to provide functional and aesthetically pleasing designs in line with client expectations and budgets.
Clint’s love of nature and the profession culminate in designs which excite, connect and strengthen connections between people and place.
Zachary Bachels
Landscape ArchitectZac is a Graduate Landscape Architect with a strong foundation in practical, thoughtful, and collaborative design, developed through working within a range of multidisciplined design and environmental teams. A local to the Sunshine Coast, Zac has a deep care and commitment to preserving the natural environment, which has shaped his approach to landscape architecture – striving to create places that are deeply connected to the land and community.
Alongside experience and skill with design software, Zac is a professional Illustrator and Artist, bringing a unique ability to explore and capture the client’s vision and character of each personalised place.
Janelle Leitch
Business and Quality Management System AdministrationJanelle brings a wide range of business management and systems experience to the team, having worked across various industries in Victoria and Queensland.
Her key role is ensuring our administration and accounting are as seamless as our landscape architecture. Janelle maintains both our business and Quality Management Systems which is crucial in enabling the design team to focus on what they do best.
Whilst Janelle is well known for her humour and emotional resilience when times get tough, her ‘friendly but firm’ conversational style is always respected by our team, clients, suppliers and professional colleagues. Our team continues to benefit and grow as professionals from her kindness and attention to professional standards.
