    QMBA State Housing and Construction Award

    Anembo is proud to have contributed to Qualia, the award-winning waterfront townhouse development at Pelican Waters on the Sunshine Coast.

    Developed by Ryan Designer Homes, Qualia took out the QMBA State Housing and Construction Award in the low-rise multi-residential category, recognised by judges for its workmanship, attention to detail, and the quality of its outdoor living spaces, including sunny courtyards, waterfront alfresco entertaining areas, and private jetties offering direct ocean access.

    Anembo was responsible for the landscape architectural design elements of the project and landscape construction management contributing to the high standard of outdoor living that helped Qualia stand apart.

    Northshore Coastal Village UDIA Environmental Development Award

    North Shore, a coastal village on the Sunshine Coast, has impressed the judges to win the coveted UDIA Environmental Excellence Award in Queensland in the face of stiff competition.

    North Shore, in particular, is an example of working with community groups and local authorities to improve the health of a degraded landscape.

    Today, North Shore is a coastal idyll thickly planted with pandanus, banksia and other native dunal species.

    Anembo was responsible for the landscape architectural design elements of the project, landscape construction management and rehabilitation of natural areas. Contributing key outcomes for the award win.

  • Anembo Landscape Architects - award winning landscape design and habitat design for Coolum Eco Industrial Park on the Sunshine Coast QLD

    Coolum Industrial Estate Awarded Enviro-Development Sustainability Award

    Coolum Eco Industrial Park on the northern end of the Sunshine Coast was awarded six‐leaf EnviroDevelopment accreditation by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) ‐ the highest possible rating and a significant achievement for an industrial development of this scale.

    The certification recognises the 86 hectare Coolum Eco Industrial Park as the largest industrial EnviroDevelopment in Queensland: a benchmark for industrial development and a milestone for the EnviroDevelopment initiative.

    Anembo was responsible for the coordination of the sustainability/ arboriculture and landscape design and lead consultant for the awards application.

  • Maroochy River Golf Course – Awarded 2021 Queensland Golf Club of the Year

    Designed by renowned golf course architect and Australian golfing legend Graham Marsh, the 18-hole layout at Maroochy River Golf Club is a spectacular addition to the Sunshine Coast golfing scene.

    Anembo was responsible for the design and project management of the course landscaping and natural areas rehabilitation.
