Anembo partnered with the Body Corporate committee and owners from initial concept through to detailed 3D design, budgeting, tendering, and construction documentation. Working closely with premier forensic structural engineers, SWConsult, Anembo provided expert construction advice as a key member of the contract administration team.

When called to advise on “leaky planters,” Anembo quickly identified significant podium waterproofing issues requiring urgent attention. Twelve months later, in 2026, a multimillion-dollar reconstruction of the entire podium commenced.
Anembo is working alongside SWConsult—Queensland's premier expert waterproofing and structural engineers—who are serving as the lead consultant.
By providing landscape architectural design, specifications, and contract administration services, Anembo is working to ensure the project achieves a high-quality, low-maintenance outcome.
