Where Ladybirds Rule! A premier multi-generational park to cap off the final stages of the decades long Pelican Waters Estate Development.
The laundry list of attributes speaks for this public park delivered by Anembo:
Public carpark and amenities, section of coastal path, 20ha of critical coastal habitat restoration, BBQs, shelters, tots playground, junior playground, pump track, footy oval and disc golf course.
The endemic Cottonwood mangrove tree - Hibiscus tiliaceus, is celebrated with shelters, play elements and rubber forms of beetles, bugs and ladybirds that inhabit its foliage.
Scribbly Gum Park
Seven Senses are great… but how about Ten?
One of the first ‘seven senses’ parks ever developed, Anembo added imagination, anticipation and humour for the complete package for all ages and abilities.
The Heart Foundation undertook ground-breaking analysis and assessment of the park and provided Healthy heart endorsement.
Opened by the Mayor Mark Jameson this park remains a destination park with layers of fun to offer!
The Basin Park
A civic park with a heart and ode to the SS Minnow…
Maximising land for the development anembo promoted and was responsible for the idea for the development team’s creation of a peninsular of land surrounded by pristine Pelican Waters canals.
The park features a walkable waterfront, sandstone block beachfronts, and bespoke pelican-embossed amenities, including shelters, bar settings, and BBQ areas.
The crown jewel—and a staple of Pelican Waters' advertising, is the "Mr. Percival" playground. This standout feature includes a timber motor launch designed, detailed, and delivered by the anembo team on time and within budget. With the full endorsement of the Sunshine Coast Council, the space even features "rubber crocs" patrolling the sands, adding a playful pirate dimension to life aboard the SS Mr. Percival.
