Beachside

New Master planned Community

With construction of Stages 1 and 2 underway, this gem of a new residential community will offer a significant point of difference in the regional property market and become a flagship development for QM Properties.

North Boambee

Emerging master planned community

This emerging community sits within a network of degraded farm waterways and patches of koala habitat, which drive the project’s landscape design intent.

With landscape master planning completed and construction commencing soon, the integration of habitat with this new residential community is informed by detailed research and reporting by GeoLink Consultants.

Koala fencing, culvert fauna underpasses, habitat trees and rehabilitation of degraded waterways will be delivered as part of the landscape rehabilitation works.

The design reflects the goals of the Coffs Harbour City Council’s Street Tree Master Plan and is further informed by civil, ecological, horticultural and bushfire research from the development team.
