Little Creek
A new community wrapped around parks along a Little Creek
Central to this master planned development is Little Creek, a classic creek that is a trickle in the dry and a torrent in the wet!.
The project commenced a few years before the mining boom. As the lead landscape architects, Anembo delivered from Stage 1 and ultimately established a Gladstone office to deliver this project and service a wide range of projects throughout the Central Queensland Region.
Fast tracking multiple stages in parallel to meet demand was made possible by the high level of trust and the strong relationships forged with the Gladstone Regional Council.
Ivadale Lakes estate
Little Mountain
Ivadale incorporates the best of natural and designed elements. Retained stands of magnificent eucalypts provide a backdrop to lush, protected parklands furnished with recreational facilities. Walkways, viewing platforms and seating encourage passive use of the scenic lakes, while the area’s rustic heritage is assimilated into key points of the design.
Natural habitats were protected, enhanced, and rehabilitated with installation of nest boxes.

Anembo worked closely with the developers to ensure project timelines and quality standards aligned with sales targets. They provided comprehensive services, including concept design, operational works plans, budgeting, and landscape construction management.
