Design Rationale:
Sustainability of the surrounding ecology is one of the core tenants of Rochedale Estates development ethos and it is from this cue that the landscape design has evolved.  Given that the urban design is integrated with existing habitat, a synthesized design with buffered carriageways and reserves organises the foundation for our work. {-{Break}-}

Relaxing spaces are created to merge with formal contextual urban settings to provide an identifying character to the estate.

Our strategy is designed so each urban precinct is a separate landscape precinct and fabric, an individual theatre where residents and visitors can identify, experience, interrelate and transect.  We were determined not only to make the design functional but a work of natural art, to be appreciated passively by all.
