Design Rationale
Formed on an old pineapple farm and mango orchard, plantation rise created 120+ lots with active and passive open spaces on rolling terrain and vegetated creeks.

Water courses were rehabilitated, enhanced and developed for stormwater treatment, retention, and ground water recharge.

Large stands of native vegetation adjacent to the site’s main water course were retained with portions forming an active park with shelters, barbecues, play equipment and a kick and throw area.
