Design Rationale
Pelican Waters is a master planned community geared to active lifestyles with canal lots, an award winning Greg Norman designed golf course, linked natural open spaces and urban parks. Adjacent to the heritage listed Pumicestone Passage, project open spaces and designed urban areas filter urban stormwater runoff which is then harvested, stored and used for golf course irrigation purposes. {-{Break}-}

Site designed landscapes incorporate native vegetation to provide character and habitat for streets, parks, and passive open spaces. The coastal pathway runs along Bells Creek through the project linking to local beaches.
