Design Rationale
Forest Pines gets its name from the local forest Brown Pines and Quandong
trees. These species form the backbone of the estate’s planting design and inspired the artworks adorning the entry walls.
The elegant polished concrete entry walls are replicated in the estate’s park and open spaces to create an intrinsic sense of place for residents.
Footpaths within and around the estate link to the estate’s park, drainage corridors, and public transport stop.
