Design Rationale
Situated adjacent to the fragile ecosystems of Noosa National Park, the initial environmental planning set out to balance the land uses and aided in the creation of an innovative and sustainable industrial development.

Our subsequent designs drew heavily on the philosophy of providing the best in liveability, character and sustainability for the area.

Design features will promote a healthy attitude towards a respect for resources and the integration of landscape with built form will continue to contribute to the region’s long term future.
