Design Rationale
Innovative designs utilize overland swales, local plant types and wildlife-attracting habitats to create a seamless transition between urban infrastructure and natural land form.  

The lakes lie within finely sculpted landscaping, acting as an environmentally sensitive filtration system for the estate water catchment before reaching the adjacent Mooloolah River National Park.
