Position description:
Full time Senior Landscape Architect

Preamble

Over the last 2 decades Anembo Consultants has become and remained one of the leading landscape architectural practices in Queensland. We provide a consultancy of excellence to the development industry.

Our client base includes international, local, regional and Australia wide companies and government agencies. Our busy Sunshine Coast office is equipped with all the relevant technologies and our team ethos is based on consistent communication and support.

Our project portfolio allows our team to work on a full range of project types from feasibility studies, development approvals, construction documentation, and contract administration to maintenance administration.

Requirements & Experience:

Current project experience in the Australian land development industry is required as the successful applicant will hit the ground running.  It is preferred that the applicant’s network of clients and projects demonstrates immediate opportunities for further work.{-{Break}-}

Key skills required include:

• AutoCAD based Detailed Landscape Design Documentation and Graphic presentations.
• Project management and negotiation abilities.  
• Ability to perform in a responsive and nimble team environment where initiative and responsibility is expected.

Capabilities with other programs such as Adobe Suite ArcView, GIS, Corel Draw, etc. welcomed. Urban Design, Environmental expertise would be a bonus.

Salary Details:

Salary package will be commensurate with demonstrable relevant experience.

Basic Package elements include:

• Full time: 40 hours per week + super, holiday pay on 4 weeks pa.
